My review of David Deans’s The Defenestration of Bob T. Hash, III appears in this morning’s Sun-Times.
It also appears that my byline has been mysteriously reduced from “Edward” to “Ed.” I presume that my name has become too long for ever-shrinking books sections.
You may have a point; the title’s not shrunked; and, David ain’t Dave; but, you’ve been Ed/ited.
Your comment made me LOL at a time when we vet book reviewers in the bloody trenches thirty-plus years are the first to feel the grinch pinch. Thanks for that; and, while I’m here, – felt condolences on the loss of Rosie. Sorry :(.
Take Deux (since I’d forgotten what angle brackets do(n’t) do; but, worth the double since I’ve read the very fine review, now, thank you:
